How to give us your feedback:  Complaints and Suggestions

 

Do you have a suggestion or a complaint about our programs and services?  We welcome your feedback.

Your suggestions and complaints are important to us:  They help us to improve our services.  If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know.

To make a Complaint or Suggestion to Regent Park Community Health Centre:

  • You can ask any staff person to help you make the complaint. You can ask for help in person at any of our locations or contact us by phone.

OR

  • You can make your complaint directly to one of our managers or directors. To speak to a manager or director, please ask at the reception desk.

OR

Return your finished complaint form to the reception desk or send it by email to info@blanchedalmond-flamingo-244799.hostingersite.com

We try to respond to complaints within 10 working days.
