Supporting students in post-secondary readiness, the Career Mentoring team assists students with career mapping and exploration, post-secondary applications, OSAP (financing), and scholarship access.

The team liaises with high schools and post-secondary institutions to help demystify the post-secondary process. Career Mentors provide an additional level of support by meeting with students in one on one and group settings to provide timely and accurate post-secondary related advice. Various programming activities and opportunities are introduced to students, including career days, post-secondary information nights, campus tours, and specialized workshops.
